Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images or videos of the product and packaging. Returned items must be:- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Minor color variations due to screen resolution or lighting
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Replacement
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), Verone Rugs will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.Cancellation Policy
