Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free shipping within India on all orders unless otherwise specified.

1.2 International Shipping
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country.

1.3 Delivery Timelines

  • India: 3–10 business days
  • International: 6–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. VERONE RUGS shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, applicable only for orders within India
  • Custom-made or personalized rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable

2.2 Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

VERONE RUGS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return Shipping & Risk

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The customer assumes full responsibility and risk for the return shipment until it is received and accepted by VERONE RUGS

VERONE RUGS shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of returned items in transit
  • Damage occurring during return shipping
  • Delays caused by courier services

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


4. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

To process claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video.

Requirements:

  • The video must begin prior to opening the package
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible
  • The condition of the outer packaging must be shown
  • The entire unboxing must be recorded in a single continuous shot

Failure to provide such video evidence may result in rejection of the claim at the sole discretion of VERONE RUGS.


5. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
VERONE RUGS reserves the right to approve or deny any return request based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy.


6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days from the date of approval
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products

VERONE RUGS shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERONE RUGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the product
  • Delays in delivery
  • Loss or damage during return transit
